If you always wanted to see Adele, Imelda May, Beyonce, Bon Jovi, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley perform well now you can in the Tullamore Court Hotel on Friday May 17 at 8pm when Tullamore Parish Centre fundraising committee presents ‘Stars in their eyes’

Tom Whelan, Parish Administrator commented, “The ‘Stars in their Eyes’ fundraiser will be based on the popular television format. It will be held in the Tullamore Court Hotel and will feature approximately 12 acts from the town.

“The contestants will appear as the famous singer they are going to impersonate. This promises to be a fun filled night with a panel of esteemed judges who will critique the acts.”

Professional sound and lighting will be in use on the night and demand for tickets is is expected to be very high given that performers will include some well known faces from the Town. Details of the performers will be revealed on the date.

The event is being organised as a fundraiser for Tullamore Parish Centre which is used by members of the Parish to hold group support meetings, church music and choir practice, day retreats, training courses and much more.

The Parish Centre is a fantastic resource in our community and we need your help to keep it running. The cost of running the Parish Centre is exceptionally high because of the loan taken out to build it, so we ask that you support this event on www.mycharity.ie/event/starsintheireyes/.

You can sponsor a contestant for any amount in a safe and secure way, leave a comment of encouragement for the contestant and see how much has been raised on line so far.
