No patients on trolleys at Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore

ACCORDING to figures released on Thursday, November 1 by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation, no patients were waiting on trolleys at the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore.

ACCORDING to figures released on Thursday, November 1 by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation, no patients were waiting on trolleys at the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore.

The figures on Tuesday showed that seven patients were waiting on trolleys in Tullamore with three waiting on Wednesday.

The figures show that one patient was waiting on trolleys in the Midlands Regional Hospital in Portlaoise while the Midlands Regional Hospital in Mullingar also had one patient waiting on trolleys.

Nationally the figures show 181 patients were waiting with the biggest backlog again being at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda. According to the figures, 20 patients are waiting on trolleys at that hospital.
