COLETTE Ryan from Ferbane successfully completed the HeadsUp Five Peaks Challenge recently.
On the weekend of August 3 to 5, Colette, along with Lesley McSweeney (Limerick), Julie Smith (Louth) and Josephine Phillips (Sligo) climbed the five highest mountains in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales.
The girls undertook the gruelling challenge to raise money for HeadsUp, Rehab’s youth suicide prevention project.
Colette is project manager with HeadsUp and the girls are pictured after they descended Carrauntoohil, Ireland’s highest mountain.
