The Next Card Game of Progressive 25 will be held on the last Friday in Febuary commencing at 9pm. Admission €10 and tickets are available from any member of the Croghan Development committee or you can contact the following 086 6060078 or 0876387769.

Defibilator Training

A Second Defibilator training course will take place in Croghan National school on Thursaday, Febuary 23 commencing at 7pm. If you are interested in booking your place on this course please contact the 086 6060078

Book on Croghan

The book on Croghan written by Dr John Feehan has sold exceptionally well and nearly all of the 500 books have sold since Christmas, There is still a limited number of the books available for sale at a cost of €30 from Croghan Development Group if you

are interested in purchasing one you can contact any of the members or ring the following no 086 6060078

Crochet Classes

Crochet Classes will commence in Croghan Community Centre on Monday February 27 from 8pm to 10pm running for six weeks until

Monday, April 2. The cost is €50 per person and all that is required is a crochet needle and wool which can be purchased

at better buys. Only 10 places available to book you place please ring the following number 087 6387769.


Facebook: Now that games have commenced again keep up to date on fixtures and all the latest news. We would love to have your input on what is of interest to you. We would love to see your old and not so old pictures or whatever you wish to add on our facebook page.

Gym: Renewal of Gym Membership is due. Fobs will de-activate in the coming week. If anyone is interested in joining the gym please contact John Cocoman on 086 4028771 for all information concerning the Gym.

Lotto: (February 2) Numbers drawn were 10, 17, 25, 28. Jackpot €4,000. No Winner. Three share €200. Martin Mulligan, Robert Frances, Shiela Foy. Promoters prize Patsy Egan.

League: St Brigids take on Shamrocks in the second round of the League in Croghan this Saturday at 2.30pm. Please come out and support the boys in blue.

Birthday: Happy Birthday to all who celebrate their birthdays around this time, especially Bobby and Jamie McCabe, Louise Eustace and Happy 21st to Mary Delaney .

Best Wishes: Best wishes and speedy recovery is wished to all who are unwell and in Hospital at this time especially Oliver Dunne, Tom Moran, Rosie Moran.
