Seventeen groups benefit from TCU fund

A presentation was made to seventeen local groups under the Tullamore Credit Union Community Support Fund recently.

A presentation was made to seventeen local groups under the Tullamore Credit Union Community Support Fund recently.

Breda Flynn Vice Chairperson Tullamore Credit Union made the presentations during a function at the Credit Union office on Friday, April 15.

The fund will be open for applications in early 2012.

The following groups benefited from the fund;

Ballykilmurray Community Centre, Cappincur GAA, Coláiste Choilm Kearney Awards, Grand Canal Anglers, Offaly School of Special Education, Offaly Scouts, O’Molloy St Residents Association, St Vincent de Paul, The Muriosa Foundation, The Youth Centre, Tullamore Boxing Club, Tullamore GAA, Tullamore Golf Club, Tullamore Social Services, Tullamore Special Olympics, Tullamore Town Band and Tullamore Town Football Club.
