Composer Karen Power with the Quiet Music Ensemble who use their unique skills as improvisers, listeners and interpreters, to create a musical dialogue using recordings of bees, plants and their surrounding habitats in Offaly. A unique event in Birr’s ‘social garden’ - The Growery - includes Paul Seery performing Irish tunes and Indian classical music on his homemade sarods and a mesmerising introduction to Tai Chi and Daoist practice with Yónguán Lóng Táorén, a Tao Monk from Qixing Táijí Tao Temple and Monastery.
