PROPERTY: Big reduction in asking price as historic Offaly pub goes up for auction again

A historic Offaly pub is set to go under the hammer again with a reduced asking price after failing to sell in a recent on line auction when it had a guide price of €125,000. 

The historic Dempseys Pub in Cadamstown will go under the hammer again on July 26 with a guide price of just €90,000. It also comes with a three bedroom residential accommodation overhead.
