New plans unveiled for former busy pub in Tullamore
New plans have been unveiled for a former busy pub in Tullamore.
The long standing pub on Harbour Street in the town, most recently trading as The Hideout, has been closed for a number of years.
Planning Permission was previously granted for four, two-bed duplex apartments on the site but new plans for the building have now been unveiled.
A planning application is set to be lodged with Offaly County Council seeking to convert the building into ground floor office
use with first floor residential use. The residential use will consist of two one bedroom apartments.
Permission will also be sought to extend the rear first floor to the full extent of the existing ground floor at the rear
of the building.
