Plans for further development on site of prominent building in Tullamore
Plans have been unveiled for further development on the site of a prominent building in Tullamore.
Last year, planning permission was granted to convert the building on High Street, formerly the offices of Raymond Allen & Co, into a number of apartments with a two-storey extension set to be constructed to the rear of the building. Once this work has been completed, the building will house three one-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom studio apartments.
Now plans for further development on the site have been unveiled.
A planning application is set to be lodged with Offaly County Council to construct four two-storey, one-bedroom apartment units to the rear of the existing building.
