Offaly County Council propose to build 19 social houses in Tullamore

Offaly County Council, in partnership with approved housing body Oaklee, proposes to carry out a development at Clonminch, Tullamore.

The development would see the construction of 19 housing units, consisting of 14 two-bed single-storey units and five one-bed single-storey units.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of Tullamore Municipal District, Acres Hall, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, and Planning Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly For a period of four weeks, beginning on Thursday, April 18.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to The Director of Services, Housing Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly.

Closing date for submissions or observations is Friday, May 31 at 3pm. Any person may, within four weeks beginning on Thursday, April 18 apply to An Bord Pleanála for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment.
