The weather forecast for the Easter weekend from Met Eireann is for temperatures to remain in the 20s on Sunday and Monday.
It will be a warm day again in many areas on Easter Sunday with hazy sunshine after clearance of any fog. However, thicker cloud over the western half of the country will produce a little patchy light rain or drizzle. There is also potential for sea fog to affect the south coast. Top temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees. Light to moderate southerly breezes will freshen along Atlantic coasts.
Generally dry tonight with clear spells. Fog may spread further inland overnight. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in light southerly breezes.
According to Met Eireann it will be Warm and dry on Bank Holiday Easter Mondy in most areas with spells of sunshine. It may stay rather dull along south and southeast coasts with fog patches. Also a few isolated showers will develop in the afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees, but it will be cooler along south and southeast coasts with 14 to 17 degrees. Southeast winds will be mostly moderate.
