Offaly County Council and housing body to build 41 houses in Tullamore

Offaly County Council and housing body to build 41 houses in Tullamore

Offaly County Council, in partnership with approved housing body Oaklee, proposes to carry out development at Kearney’s Field in Tullamore.

Separately plans were unveiled last week to build 99 houses in the same field. You can see more details on that proposed development here.

The development proposed by Offaly County Council and Oaklee consists of the construction of 41 housing units. This is made up of two, two storey 4 bed units;  22, two storey 3 bed units; five two storey 2 bed units; eight single story 2 bed units; four single storey 1 bed units.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection or purchase during office hours at the offices of Tullamore Municipal District, Acres Hall, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, and Planning Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly

For a period of four weeks which began last Thursday, submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to The Director of Services, Housing Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly. Closing date for submissions or observations is Friday, March 29 at 3pm.
