Offaly boutique to close its doors after five years in business

An Offaly boutique will close its doors in the coming days after bidding farewell to its customers with a winter sale. 

Electric Candy in Tullamore announced that it was to close back in January and have been running a closing down sale ever since. 

The proprietors of the William Street store thanked and said goodbye to customers and followers in a short statement: "We are sorry to announce that we will be closing our doors at the end of our amazing winter sale after five years."

"We would like to thank each and every one of you for your support and custom over the years. If you have a voucher or credit note, be sure to pop into us and use it up and avail of a bargain in our sale."

"A special thanks to our team whom we have so much respect and love for. Their dedication, support and love of fashion is unbeatable. We have thoroughly enjoyed the adventure and will miss it loads," the statement continued.

"Who knows what the future holds, but for now, it is goodbye," it concluded.

The store is expected to close in the coming days as the team advertise "the final week of bargains" on Facebook. Find out more here.
