Offaly hens keep party rolling despite banjaxed bus

An Offaly hen party weren't about to let a broken down bus put a stop to the craic over the weekend.

Clara bride-to-be Sinead Cornally and her hen party had spent the weekend in Limerick. We hear it was a quiet affair...

While on the way back to Offaly, the bus broke down about an hour from home, but the hens rolled up their sleeves.

Proudly wearing their pink weekend t-shirts, no breakdown assistance was required, as the girls gave the bus the old heave-ho. The bottle of Hennessey was strictly for medicinal purposes!

They were soon back on the road and chief hen Claire Bannon told the Offaly Express, "we all made it back safely to Baggot's pub to continue the craic."

The girls met up with the groom's stag and are said to have "partied the night away."

It was definitely a trip to remember for these Offaly hens!
