Five commercial properties in Offaly covering everything from a car park to a forest will be up for auction in July.
The lots are part of the next BidX1 auction which takes place on Wednesday, July 18.
What is described as a 'substantial industrial facility' on the Ballycumber Road in Clara is one of the lots in the upcoming auction.
It comprises a factory unit and a modern warehouse to the rear extending to approximately 2,860 sq. m in total. It is situated on a site extending to approximately 1.69 hectares with a substantial car parking and yard area. Internally the property comprises well appointed offices to the front with the factory floor area to the rear. The property also benefits from a modern warehouse unit to the rear. Also going under the hammer is multi storey car park with residential properties in Tullamore.
Situated on Main Street, the car park comprises 240 car parking spaces laid out over six levels. There are eight apartments included with two occupied. The Guide Price for the entire lot is €850,000.
Also included in the upcoming BidX1 auction is a mix of forestry and bog land that extends to approximately 10.47 hectares. The Guide Price is €60,000 and the land is situated in Kilcoursey, Clara.
Along with these three very different lots, Unit 604, Edenderry Business Campus is also going under the hammer with a Guide Price of €70,000 while another irregular shaped parcel of land in Clara, this time at Silver Hill, has a Guide Price of €110,000.
The BidX1 auction of a total of 83 commercial properties around the country, including the Offaly lots, takes place on July 18.
