Permission sought to build 13 homes in Offaly village

Offaly County Council considering the proposal

A property developer has lodged an application seeking to build 13 homes in the North Offaly village of Bracknagh with Offaly County Council.

Thoval Properties Ltd. plan to build a mixture of terraced and semi-detached house on a site in the village itself, connecting to the R442 road.

The development would consist of 5 two-storey, three-bedroom terraced houses and 8 two-storey three-bedroom semi-detached properties.

It would also include all associated site works and access to services.

Offaly County Council received the application this week and will consider it over the coming months.
