Permission sought for new carpark behind Edenderry Credit Union

Croi Laighean Credit Union is applying for planning permission for a new carpark and alterations to its existing branch in Edenderry. 

The Edenderry branch is located at O'Connell Square in the town, and the planning application lodged in recent weeks includes provision for a 23-space staff carpark to the rear of the existing building.

The proposed entrance to the carpark would be on Col. Perry street which connects the Square with the Dublin Road. 

The planning application also seeks to makes alterations to the the existing building, including two new windows on the first floor and internal changes to the first floor inside, including the banking hall.

The carpark would include all associated site work, entrance gates and lighting and landscaping. The application is at the pre-validation stage with Offaly County Council.
