BREAKING: Emergency services dealing with serious accident in Tullamore

Emergency services are dealing with a serious road traffic accident in Tullamore this afternoon.

The crash occurred on the Charleville Road near the Harriers at around 2.15pm.

Gardaí and ambulance personnel have been called to the scene. Traffic is being diverted away from the area as one of the vehicles involved in obstructing the centre of the road.

Caution is advised and motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.
