Man appeared at Tullamore District Court
A MAN appeared before Tullamore District Court accused of assault and violent disorder offences in Banagher.
It is alleged that Patrick Hayes (57) Portavolla, Banagher assaulted a woman and engaged in violent disorder at Main Street, Banagher on August 4, 2024.
On an application from Sergeant Richard Thornton, Mr Hayes was remanded on continuing bail for service of a book of evidence to March 11 next.
