It was wet underfoot but dry overhead as day two of the National Ploughing Championships in Screggan kicked off. Overnight rain left the sprawling site soggy in places but the early arrivals had little difficulty moving around and were encouraged by the blue September skies. Julie Sebode of Davis Events Agency was out at 8am with the dog Sheriff at the Health and Safety Authority stand
