Located at Lemanaghan, Ballycumber, the parcel of land is Lot 5 in a sale of seven individual lots going up for sale.
Now it might be just us but if your turn the image of this parcel of land on its side, it looks remarkably like the mythical Loch Ness Monster poking its head out of the infamous lake.
