Man hospitalised with serious injuries after weekend road accident in Offaly

A man was hospitalised with serious injuries after a weekend road accident in Offaly.

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a road traffic accident at approximately 8.55pm on Saturday, May 24.

The accident occurred on the L2025 between Ballinagar and Tullamore at Toberleheen, Ballinagar. Offaly Live understands that the vehicle left the road and entered a field.

A man in his 40’s was conveyed to Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore. His injuries are described as serious but non-life threatening injuries.
