A man who stole over two thousand euro worth of fragrance testers from a pharmacy in Tullamore received community service in lieu of a prison sentence.
Before the court was Pavel Malik c/o Skoda Cottage, Ballicolla, Laois.
On May 3, 2024 at Dolan's Pharmacy, The Bridge Centre, Tullamore, Mr Malik stole a selection of the testers to the value of €2,273, the property of Roger Guiney, contrary to section 4 of the criminal justice theft and fraud offences.
