Men appeared at Tullamore District Court
Three men are on bail after being charged with assaulting another man, causing him harm, on December 8 last year at Ballyfore, Edenderry.
Ethan Young (23), Church Road, Clonbullogue, Joseph Mulligan (35), Ballygarret, Clonbullogue, and Ciaran Mulligan (24), Ballygarret, Clonbullogue, are each accused of assaulting Gavin Young.
Joseph Mulligan is further accused of possessing cannabis at Ballygarret on December 18, 2024.

Sergeant Brendan Kearns told Tullamore District Court that a lengthy adjournment was being sought because the gardai expected there to be a lengthy investigation.
All three accused men appeared before Judge Andrew Cody and he remanded them on continuing bail for directions from the DPP to June 4 next.
