The counts in Tullamore, Edenderry and Birr are now complete and we have our 19 Offaly County Councillors for the next five years. The party breakdown is eight Fianna Fail, five Fine Gael, three Sinn Fein, one Independent Ireland and two Independents. There will also be seven first time elected representatives on the council when it convenes for the first time.
