Demand for tickets for the All-Ireland U20 Hurling Final between Offaly and Tipperary has reportedly caused the Ticketmaster site to crash.
A message from Offaly County Board urged people to be patient, and said tickets are still available.
Tickets for the much anticipated clash went on sale at 2.30 pm and shortly afterwards the site was down.
While the listing has reappeared on Ticketmaster, it is showing as low-availability and repeated searches on the site does not find any tickets available.
The decision to host the game in Nowlan Park has come in for particular scrutiny due to the demand for tickets.
Nowlan Park in Kilkenny has a capacity of 26,000.
The U-20 final was held in Semple Stadium last year with tickets incredibly scarce, when Offaly lost to Cork.
Ticketmaster has since confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the site, but due to demand, the game was sold out.
