Consumers warned of water outages in Tullamore on two days this week

A large number of houses will be without water in Tullamore

Residents living in parts of Tullamore should prepare for water outages from midnight tonight Monday April 22 until 2am Tuesday, April 23.

Pump station upgrade works may cause supply disruptions to Arden Road, Arden Vale, Arden View, Axis, Burlington Business Park, Carraig Cluain, Charleville Road, Clara Road, Clonaslee Trunk, Cloncollig, Clonminch, Collins Lane North, Collins Lane Trunk, Daingean Road, Marian Place, Srah, Tinnycross, Tullamore North and surrounding areas in Co. Offaly.

''We recommend that you allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return,'' the water utility body says.

In addition new connection works may cause supply disruptions to Daingean Road Tullamore and the surrounding areas of Offaly. These works are scheduled to take place from 10am until 2pm on April 25.
