Busy service station in Offaly given green light for off licence

A busy service station in Offaly has been granted planning permission to add an off licence. 

Lambes Oil Limited has been granted permission by Offaly County Council for the development at the existing Mace on the Kilbeggan Road in Clara. 

Permission has been granted for the addition of an off licence within the existing shop and all associated works.

The building is within the curtilage of a protected structure. 

Offaly County Council has granted planning permission with five conditions attached including a limitation on the size of the off licence.
