Bord na Mona put recently closed factory in Offaly up for sale
Bord na Mona has put a recently closed factory in Offaly up for sale or rent.
The briquette factory in Derrinlough closed on June 1 and the massive facility is now on the market.
According to a listing on daft.ie, the overall floor area is almost 2 million sq/ft on a 44.5 acre site.
It says the facility would suit a wide variety of industrial and warehousing processes and adds that an 'established and skilled workforce' is available in the area.
The listing says that price is available on application or rent is negotiable.
