Man arrested after blocking Sunday morning traffic in Offaly
A man was arrested after blocking Sunday morning traffic in Offaly.
Gardai say a man in his 20s was in an intoxicated condition and obstructing traffic on Main Street in Birr last Sunday morning.
At 8.40am the man was seen standing in the middle of the street and was preventing traffic from driving down the street.
The Gardaí were called by a member of the public and they arrested the man under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
