Gardai seize five cars in one area of Offaly in less than a week
Gardai seized five cars in one area of Offaly in less that a week recently.
In one case a driver was also arrested for drug driving.
On Friday, April 7 a car was seized in Whigsborough, Fivealley, because it had no insurance and no tax.
On Monday, April 10 a car was seized on Eden Road, Birr, because it had no insurance.
On Thursday, April 13 two cars were seized, one in Cloghan and one in Fivealley because they had no tax and no NCT.
A man was arrested for drug driving at Ballynacard, Kilcormac on Saturday, April 8. He had been stopped for speeding and subsequently tested positive for drugs.
