Offaly golfer Shane Lowry is getting "back to the grind" after enjoying a day out at Wimbledon with his wife Wendy and some pals.
In a post on social media, Shane wrote: "Unbelievable day at Wimbledon yesterday. Now back to the grind to get ready for The Open."
He accompanied the post with a series of pictures of himself and his wife Wendy along with friends. He also shared a picture of himself meeting tennis ace Novak Djokovic at the famous venue.
The Open Championship takes place next week at Royal Troon. Shane famously won the Open at Royal Portrush back in 2019.
He heads into Royal Troon in good form after a Top 20 finish at the US Open and a Top 10 finish at the Traveler's Championship recently.

Earlier in the season, he finished sixth in the PGA Championship at Valhalla. He is also preparing to represent Ireland at the Olympics alongside old friend Rory McIlroy.
