North Tipp - Lowry races ahead followed by Alan Kelly and Fianna Fáil close behind

Independent Tipperary sitting TD, Michael Lowry looks set to once again top the poll in North Tipperary as tallying for the three seater constituency is almost three-quarters complete.
Sitting Labour TD, Alan Kelly is expected to keep his seat and a dog-fight is expected for the third and final seat left open after the retirement of Fianna Fáil's Jackie Cahill.
Fianna Fáil's two candidates, Ryan O'Meara and Michael Smith have their sights on the third seat and with most of the boxes in the Nenagh area opened the 29 year-old Cloughjordan Councillor who was parlimentary assistant to Deputy Cahill is currently in the lead.
Behind the Fianna Fáil fight for the third seat is Fine Gáel's Dr. Phyll Bugler from Ballina and Independent, Jim Ryan with slightly over 8% each.
At 68% of the the tally the current picture is as follows:
Lowry (IND) 27.3%
Kelly (Labour) 15.6%
O’Meara (FF) 13.6%
Smith (FF) 11.1%
Bugler (FG) 8.7%
Ryan (IND) 8.2%
Harty (SF) 6.7%
Barry (SF) 2.0%
O’Toole (AON) 1.7%
Pocock (GP) 1.7%
O’Dwyer (PBP) 1.2%
Madden (IP) 0.9%
Minehan (IND) 0.3%
Phelan (IND) 0.5%
