One change for Offaly team to face Armagh in crucial clash

Offaly GAA Football

The Offaly team to face Armagh this evening has been announced and it shows one change from the team that took to the field against Louth.

Ruairi McNamee, who starred for the U-21s against Wexford in midweek, is listed to start in place of Willie Mulhall.

Given how close the teams are in Division 3, this is a crucial game for Offaly who could get themselves right in the promotion mix with a win.

Conversely, a defeat would leave them right in the middle of what is shaping up to be a relegation dogfight.

Offaly are the only team in division yet to score a goal and Pat Flanagan will be hoping that his side can put that to rights on Sunday.

Weather permitting, the game will throw in at 2pm tomorrow in the Gaelic Grounds.
