The continued rise of Offaly camogie was apparent over the weekend as there were a number of Offaly players involved in the Asbourne and Purcell Cup Final
Lorraine Keena and Jean Brady on winning the Ashbourne Cup with WIT after a dramatic final that went to two periods of extra-time. Debbie Flynn was on the defeated UL team.
Meanwhile Eleanor Clendennan and Clare Keenaghan who were on the DCU team that won the Purcell cup.
Offaly were very well represented this year across the country on a variety of colleges teams.
