Poc Fada and Féile Skills in Kinnitty

THE Adult and U-14 Poc Fada will take place on Thursday night, May 12 at 7pm in Kinnitty.

THE Adult and U-14 Poc Fada will take place on Thursday night, May 12 at 7pm in Kinnitty.

The evening will start of with the Féile Skills which will commence at 6.45pm and each club is asked to send in just one juvenile to represent their club. John Leahy will be overseeing the skills competition.

The winner will represent Offaly at Féile na nGael in Galway on from June 24 to 26. Can clubs please contact John Leahy either by e-mail john.leahy.gda.offaly@gaa.ie text or phone 087 2073226 the details of the player taking part in the skills competition. Next the U-16’s Long puck (Poc Fada) will commence at 8pm. All clubs are asked to send in anyone interested in entering .The overall winner will go on to represent Offaly in the Curragh camp in July. Bring your club’s flag or colours as a marker on the night.

Then the Senior Poc Fada will commence at 8.30pm. All are asked to bring along a flag/marker for the competition. All interested are welcome on the night.
