THE Offaly team and panel to face Cavan in Breffni Park this Sunday has been announced and as expected the U-21s are not included ahead of their Leinster semi-final against Louth next Wednesday..

Shane Sullivan returns after suspension while captain Brian Darby is also amongst the starters after missing last weekend’s game. Sullivan comes in at full-back with Johnny Moloney moving to centre-back. Daniel Currams and Brain Hanamy come into the forward line.

Niall McNamee is again amongst the substitutes.

Manager Gerry Cooney is down to the bare bones of his panel due to injuries, the U-21s absence and withdrawls from the panel so much so that there are two goalkeepers named amongst the subs. Only 24 of a possible 26 have been named on the match day squad.
