The Care Trust and Ford have launched Ireland’s biggest car giveaway with a total of 36 Fiesta cars and generous cash prizes on offer for participants in The Care Trust’s 2012 fund-raising draws.
Launching the giveaway with CEO of The Care Trust, Dr Senan Mullins and ambassador for The Care Trust, RTE presenter, Mary Kennedy, Eddie Murphy, Ford Ireland chairman and managing director, said they were delighted to partner with The Care Trust in support of their valuable work in communities.
“We hope that with the popular Fiesta as the centrepiece of their monthly draws, The Care Trust’s fund-raising activities will go from strength to strength in 2012,” he added.
Senan Mullins, CEO of The Care Trust, said their valuable work was supported by thousands of people across the country who pay little more than the cost of a cup of coffee per week and this gives them access to the monthly draws where they can win up to three Ford Fiesta cars per month or any of the many generous cash prizes.
Mary Kennedy, ambassador for The Care Trust, said: “Even in these toughest of economic times, Irish people are renowned for thinking of those less fortunate than themselves. I would urge anyone wanting to ‘give a little back’ to consider signing up as a contributor to The Care Trust”.
Set up more than 50 years ago, The Care Trust fundraises to provide essential funds to the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC), Rehab and the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital.
The money raised helps fund these organisations in their work with the many thousands of children and adults with physical, medical or intellectual disabilities, those who are socially disadvantaged and those requiring medical care.
The Care Trust’s prize draws take place three times per month with all winners notified by post. All registered contributors who contribute €3.50 per week/€15 per month are eligible for all of the draws.
