Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show launched their 2025 show with a learning day for young handlers recently.
Young handlers flocked from around the country from early morning and converged at GVM Mart Tullamore. The future is bright for young handlers at Tullamore Show and all the shows around the country.
Representatives from FBD were on hand to launch the show including the local FBD Branch Manager Amanda Brennan, Emer O’Byrne, National Head of Brand Strategy, and Pat Gilligan Head of Sales, Midlands and Western Region.

John Keena, Tullamore Show, Chairperson, thanked all sponsors especially FBD, the title sponsor for their loyal support.
He was grateful to Antoinette Daly of GVM Tullamore, for providing the venue. He thanked all the
Executive who generously gave their time in the preparation and setting up of both the event and the launch, with a special mention to Show Secretary, Chelsey Cox McDonald for her diligent work as always.
John hoped that each person would learn the skills necessary for handling stock at the show. He complimented Adam Woods, of the Irish Farmers Journal, for his wealth of knowledge and skills in doing MC for the day.
