Recently launched Edenderry Chamber reveals big ambitions

Having been officially launched on March 15, Edenderry Chamber of Commerce now has nine officers working on various projects and they have big ambitions for the North Offaly town.

Over the last three months the chamber committee have been working hard on a range of projects, such as the provision of a Community-CCTV Scheme and working with the Edenderry Tidy Towns on finding ways to improve the town, whilst working towards a better community environment.

The Chamber are focussed on businesses and employment, with some of the largest and strongest businesses in the town having joined up. The priority is to attract investors both domestically and globally.

Recently, Edenderry Chamber chairperson Christine Traynor met with the IDA, a meeting the group says brought about some real and positive opportunities for the town of Edenderry and North Offaly as whole.

the Chamber are holding two Open Evenings for existing and potential members. 

The meetings take place on the following dates:

Tuesday 19th June, Byrnes in Edenderry, located on JKL Street 7- 9 pm
Tuesday 26th June, Larkins, in Edenderry, located on JKL Street  6-8 pm
