The case of man accused of assault at factory in Offaly adjourned
The man told Tullamore District Court he could not speak English and was advised to get a lawyer by Judge Andrew Cody.
Piotr Dabrowski (54), Church Mews Lower, Tullamore appeared in court after being summonsed for an alleged assault at Carroll Cuisine, Sragh Road, Tullamore on September 1 last.
Judge Cody made an order that evidence be disclosed and adjourned the prosecution to October 21 next.
