The company has reportedly been sold and is to be rebranded as Skout Secure Intelligence.

Oxford Solutions was established by Laois man Aidan Kehoe in 2012 after he sold his previous business Oxford Global to Willis Towers Watson for an undisclosed sum.

In addition to his role at Oxford Solutions, Mr. Kehoe has been a partner with the Pascucci family on a number of different businesses including co-founding Oxford Global, a global risk management business.

He has served as a board member of both public and private equity-backed companies throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.

The newly-named company provides cyber security monitoring to more than 800 clients globally.

The Laois man has sold his company to RSE Ventures, a venture capital firm founded in 2012 by Stephen Ross and Matt Higgins which typically backs sports and entertainment firms.

Mr Ross is a billionaire with a net worth of $12 billion, he is chairman and founder of Related Companies, a real estate firm that has developed over $22 billion in property and owns property valued at over $20 billion.
