Planning permission sought for 16 houses in Offaly village

The development will be a mix of four and five bed houses

A planning application has been lodged with Offaly County Council to construct 16 houses at Beechgrove, Bracknagh. 

The houses will be built on existing serviced sites and will be a mix of four and five bed dwellings. 

Permission is being sought by Brouder Brothers Steel Ltd to erect two 5 bed detached dormer houses, six 4 bed detached dormer houses, eight 4 bed two storey semi detached dwellings.

A decision on the application is due in January.
