Three intercounty Offaly footballers have gone into business together in the centre of Tullamore.

Offaly captain Anton Sullivan, Eoin Carroll and Cian Donohoe have opened the doors of ACE Performance and Recovery aimed at the fitness and rehabilitation of those training in a range of sports.

The facility offers the latest in hi-tech recovery and fitness equipment, including fire and ice recovery, recovery pump compression boots, cryotherapy bath, hot tub, sauna, spinning bikes, as well as indoor and outdoor astro-turf mobility zones.

Speaking about the opening of ACE Performance and Recovery, Anton Sullivan said, "The journey has been so special with Cian and Eoin in getting the place up and running."

"What started out as a chat in the coffee club has led to this fantastic facility now based in the heart of Tullamore. We are really excited about the future and are looking forward to having customers through the ACE door," the Rhode man added.

His own club, as well as Kilclonfert and Tubber have been some of the first customers in recent days with a number of fellow Offaly players also sampling the facilities. The sports-mad proprietors have even installed a number of screens through the facility so customers can keep up to date with the latest sporting events from around the world.

ACE Performance & Recovery is located at 7 Columcille Street Tullamore. You can find out more and book yourself in for a treatment or service online on the ACE website here.
