Waterford deaths and funerals (September 17)

Mary (Maisie) Roche (née Connors), Harbour View Crooke, Passage East, Waterford

Removal on Monday to St. John the Baptist Church Crooke for Requiem Mass on arrival at 11.30 am with burial afterwards in Crooke Cemetery.

Maura Lennon (née McGrath), St. Killian’s Place, Ferrybank, Waterford / Kilkenny

Arriving on Monday at Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank for requiem mass at 10.00 o’clock. Burial after in adjoining cemetery.

John Flynn, The Old Infirmary, John's Hill, Waterford City, Waterford / Cork

Reposing at Tom Hennessy’s Funeral Home, Johnstown, on Monday 17th September from 6pm to 7.30pm. Cremation to follow in The Island Crematorium at a later date. Family flowers only please donations if desired to Waterford Hospice.

Thomas 'Toddy' Deady, Scrouthea, Clonmel, Waterford / Clonmel, Tipperary

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Tuesday evening from 5.30pm, with removal at 7.30pm to SS Peter & Paul’s Church. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 1 o’clock followed by burial in St Patrick’s Cemetery.

Margaret O'Sullivan (née Hickey), Deerpark Road, Lismore, Waterford

Lying in repose at her home, Deerpark Road, Lismore, on Monday from 12.00 noon to 8.00pm followed by rosary. Reposing on Tuesday from 12.00 noon to 8.00pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11.00am in St. Carthage’s Church, Lismore, followed by burial in St. Carthage’s Cemetery, Lismore.

Anne Murray (née Walsh), Lodges Lane, Tramore, Waterford / Slieverue, Kilkenny

Reposing at Killure Bridge Nursing Home, Waterford, on Tuesday from 5pm until 8pm with prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass in the Holy Cross Church, Tramore, on Wednesday at 12 noon, followed by burial in St Patrick's Cemetery, Tramore. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu if desired to the Irish Wheelchair Association.
