Phoenix Kickboxing holds successful grading

PHOENIX kickboxing would like to congratulate all the students who showed a very high standard and ability at their grading on Saturday last.

The majority of students were awarded the rank of Orange Belt while exceptional students double graded to Blue Belt. One student exceeded all others to attain the level of Red Belt.

Instructor John Quigley would also like to thank instructors Adrian Kavanagh and Carlos Rodriguez who were especially impressed and proud of the kids’ level of dedication and who are the future of kickboxing.

John would also like to welcome any new members to come and try a kickboxing class. Classes for kids are on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm, ladies from 7pm to 8.30pm and Wednesdays from 8pm to 9.30pm
