Transition Year students from Killina Presentation School recently receive their certificates for a self-defence course they recently completed under sensei Liam Gorman, Chief Instructor with The Irish Shotokan Academy.

The course itself was a basic self-defence course designed for students using realistic situations and realistic solutions adding fun to the class

Liam was delighted with the standard and willingnes to learn shown by the Killina students on this pilot course.

“I think I had as much fun as the students,” Liam commented

The course is availible to all interested in self-defence and awareness. Contact Liam 085 2756446
