Slevin leads Offaly Senior Hurling Championship Scoring charts

A superb display of shooting from placed balls which garnered 1-9 puts Kilcormac/Killoughey’s Ciaran Slevin on top of the scoring charts after the first round of the Offaly Senior Hurling Championship.

His 1-9 came in the first game of the championship in a thrilling draw against defending champions Coolderry.

Hot on his heels is Kinnitty’s Colm Coughlan who totaled 1-8 in another drawn game against Seir Kieran.

Interestingly both players’ goals came from frees
