St Mary’s, Edenderry march on to last four of Leinster Colleges Senior Football A Championship

St Mary’s of Edenderry secured the final place in the semi-final line up of the Leinster Colleges ‘A’ championship when they overcame Athlone Community College by a comfortable eight point margin at Páirc Chiaráin in Athlone on Friday afternoon.

Another honour for Dalton at Edenderry GAA Club Awards

The 2011 Offaly GAA Senior Footballer of the Year Richie Dalton picked up another award last weekend when he was chosen as Edenderry GAA Club Senior Footballer of the Year.

Offaly and Leinster Champions Coolderry are through to play in their first ever AIB All Ireland Club Senior Hurling Final in Croke Park on St Patrick’s Day after a 3-16 to 0-17 win over Gort.

THE Sacred Heart School Tullamore Junior Camogie team are through to the All-Ireland semi-final after they registered a minimum margin, 3-4 to 3-3, victory over Ulster champions St Catherine’s College in Pearse Óg Park, Armagh city last Saturday.

Coolderry firepower set to stifle Gort

COOLDERRY are sixty minutes away from a first ever AIB All-Ireland Club SHC Final appearance and if their slick, skilful forwards strike form against Galway kingpins Gort at Limerick’s Gaelic Grounds on Saturday (throw-in 2pm) then there is no reason why they can’t set up a St Patrick’s Day showdown with Loughgiel Shamrocks or Na Piarsaigh.
