All roads lead to Croker

THIS Sunday, September 12 all roads lead to Croke Park where Offaly will face Wexford in the Gala All-Ireland Intermediate Championship Final at 2pm.

Having made history winning Offaly’s first Junior All-Ireland title the girls will be keen to build on this and return to Offaly as Intermediate Champions next Sunday evening. Offaly Camogie County Board are asking all clubs and camogie/hurling followers to put out their flags and county colours to support the girls. Best of luck to the girls and their management team.

Tickets for the All-Ireland Camogie Final will be on sale in O’Connor Park, Tullamore on Thursday, September 9 from 7.15pm to 8.15pm.

Any supporters interested in buying an Offaly camogie jersey or car sticker should contact Frawley's Sports Store Birr on 087 2989019.

As part of St Brendan’s Community School Birr 30th Anniversary celebrations as reunion of all past camogie players (and partners) is currently being organised for the bank holiday Sunday, October 24 in the County Arms Hotel Birr at 8pm.
